Why isn’t my photo loading or showing up?
Q
My photo will not load or display?
A
You probably need to format your photo for the web. 1) Go to http://snipshot.com/ 2) Upload your photo 3) Resize (for thumbnail is 100 x 100) 4) Enhance 5) Save as a jpeg 6) Load to coolpets.com.
Q
Why isn’t my photo loading or showing up?
A
Coolpets.com accepts jpeg, gif, or --- photos that are no more than 500 x 500 and 40K in size. Sorry, sometimes loading photos to the web can be frustrating. You digital camera takes and stores photos in a large format in order to print nice photos. A digital camera stores a photo with 1228K of data while the average web photo is only 20K. The reason the web photos need to be smaller is otherwise they would take way too long to show up on the page. If your photos are not web ready, you need to convert. Your photo software should have a feature to convert and save a photo for web or e-mail. There are other free solutions on the web including http://www.picresize.com/, http://snipshot.com/, http://www.picnik.com/ to help reformat and resize the photos.
Legal notice: Although, we may have our favorites, Coolpets.com does not discriminate against any cool pet. We allow dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and even lobsters
(yes, we have a member with a lobster family pet) to be a part of the coolpets.com family. Our legal team has strongly suggested that we advise you, that even though all your pets may get along perfectly and even be in each other's friend's or family lists on coolpets.com, that in a live situation, there may be some minor or major tussles.
